Uncaught exception: Egl manager: Createwindow surface failed(create surface)

So basically my Blackberry Bold 9930 freezes on the homepage and i can not open none of my applications in order to do this i have to keep on pressing my button on the top of the phone to lock then unlock and after several attempts at this then the app i need to use or i selected to use will open and then i have to stay on facebook as an example if want to continue to use it as i cannot log out to the home screen as the phone will freeze again. Please help. The ffg message appears on the home screen every so often. what do I need to do as my phone then freezes for a while after this appears.

Not familiar with that error message... Have you installed anything recently?
