You do know that TCL makes them... they aren't among the top vendors in China.

Contact support and try getting another replacement.

Yes I'm getting another replacement just not happy it's happened again. Never had any problems with q5 or q10 that's still up and running with no repairs. Paying 500 pounds for a phone the least you would expect is it doesn't fall apart.

Why did you buy it if your other devices work fine? Seems like a large waste of money and you (appear) to be less than happy with the substandard device.

He likely has apps that he needs that he can't get to work in BB10.

    That's why I'm on a PRIV.

That's entirely possible, or he just likes throwing money away.

Hmmm why would I like throwing money away? I got it from the car phone shop in the uk when they first came out. Yes there are many apps I have that I can not get or get them working on my Q10.

Meh. Don't mind the BB10 fanboys here, they pounce on anyone moving to BlackBerry Android devices.

The first batch of KEYones had that screen issue, but was resolved with the newer ones. As long as you have a valid warranty, BlackBerry Mobile will fix/replace your unit.

Yes they are replacing again I believe. Just hope this one is ok. In other aspects though the Keyone is so much better than the old blackberries I think.
