    Just checking that you have Documents To Go installed on your Z30?

    Yes I have documents on Go, the excel sheet required properties are : File type : xlsb , permission : read only

    I don't think xlsb is supported on BB10, try changing the file extension to xlsx.

    From where are you trying to open the file then?
    You may need to save to device first before you can locate in file manager.

    It has a blue icon named "File Manager" - one of the limited number of built-in apps.

    Then locate the excel file in file manager, long press on the excel file, select properties, and rename the file extension.

    It says this file cannot be opened
    ( sdmErr file not recognised). The icon before the file shows in green XLS.

    Don't try to open the app. Long press on the app to bring up the slide-out options.
