    when i tried to turn on wifi on my device its is unable to turn on wifi please help me

    If you have installed any recent apps, I'd remove them. Then go in and remove any remembered networks. Reboot and try again. In the end you'll probably need to try and reload the OS and then test....

    But most all the times these would happen... it ended up being a hardware problem.

    Is it a new phone and you were turning wifi on for the first time? Or it had been used and was connecting to wifi before that?
