    Anyone knows a fix for it?

    Already logged in, log out, log in again, but it doesn't work!
    The Link can find my BlackBerry phone , but I can't get access to my Laptop content like before " there was no problem with 10.2.1 so I'm not sure if this a problem related to 10.3.1 "

    do you mean the device name? Change it on the device under Bluetooth settings, then you can edit it to be that in Link. That worked for my Q5 recently when I was getting that error.

    This is what I get when try to access the files on my laptop, no problem in viewing the phone files in the laptop!
