I recently upgraded to 10.3.3 through auto loaders, when I click restore on blackberry link, the window is frozen saying " loading the restore content". Please help!

I assume you have tried more than once.....

Try again but don't do a full restore... experiment with just restoring some items.

I've found this same problem after 10.3.3 autoloader.

Trying the old, reboot the device, uninstall re-install the software rountine

But it does appear atm, like 10.3.3 has broken link with windows 10 in some manner.

You may try using DBBT to restore you backup file. It works much more efficiently than Blackberries own software.

I am able to use link just fine in Windows10 but it definitely runs slowly.

DBBT is the thing. just restored my 6gb+ backup file one shot, no errors, quick and flawless. was losing my hopes after trying Link again and again. thanks.
