Hey guys!

Im trying to wipe my BB Passport I used for work as I am going to give it to a friend of mine. Only issue is that I forgot my BBID password (username associated with email address of old job I no longer work at, hence cannot use the "forgot password" function as I do not have access to that email address anymore). Are there any other ways of deleting your BBID or changing it back to a personal email address? I found a link to delete your BBID but it says the device must not have BB Protect enabled, which mine does unfortunately. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you can't remember or recover your EXISTING BBID, you will never be able to wipe your device (or use an autoloader) without creating a brick. There is no way around it.
