I need help in finding out why my BB Z10 will not receive text messages from a certain number. I can send a text to this number but do not receive their response. Other numbers to people in the same area and carrier work O.K.
Do tell us what OS are you running? Has the recipient blocked your number by mistake?
Have you recently switched from an iPhone? If so, go to Apple's website and unsubscripe yourself from their clutches aka iMessage. This will allow all SMS messages to be sent as SMS instead of iMessages from other iPhones.
