    I am not able to play music on my Z30,while playing a song this message pops up
    "The file contains an unsupported media format". With the title of the song .
    Till few days back I was able to play all songs.

    Kindly assist
    My precious Z30.

    Try a restart / hard reset. It happens sometimes.

    Hello. Seems like error en reading SD card. Can you remove your card and make sure reads on a laptop. Then reset device. Insert SD card again to device.
