    My BBQ10 has recently stopped being able to play back any old (or new) voice notes I record. I get a message that the file format is "unsupportable". Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions for a fix? Thanks.

    Part 2 of query: I just thought to try playing my music files (haven't done so for a while) and I'm getting a similar error message - media format is unsupported. What gives?

    Just a general response first off, have you tried a 32 second re-set, hold the power button for 32 seconds. time it.

    it's the equivalent of a battery pull.

    Post back if that sorts it 😀
