Unable to install Google Account manager in BlackBerry Z30 (updated to 10.3)

blackberry z30 updated to lates os and trying to install google play store file provided by Cobalt's page.but it says unable to install app only google account manager.

i have enabled the necessary setting in BB.can any one guide me ..how can i install play store & android apps in my bb z30.
i'm able install and create google account and successfully installed google id & play service but google account manager not able to install.
