    hi,

    tried a few times (using MEGA), but can't even run the file on me q10.
    any help/ideas/suggestions?

    Mega is the location where the zipped OS is stored. You need to download the file from there to your PC. Then unzip that file to your PC. then connect your phone to your PC with a usb cable. Then click the exe.
