    My internet connection is all okay even I can use BlackBerry browser n all BlackBerry wrld whatsapp,facebook, but I am unable to use some blackberry app and also apk file app it always show that internet connection error in app like gps of google (dwnld frm BlackBerry wrld) and also clash of clans sms 2 start it is not working for it plz help me

    I think more info is needed like phone, OS version, etc.

    I use q10 version 10.3.1.1565..this problems introduced after update version from 10.2 to 10.3...
