    Hi,

    i have upgraded my Q10 to 10.3.0.1052 and on doing a restore my outlook (hotmail) mail id is not working. have deleted it and re-added it but with no help.

    need guidance on it.

    do not restore. set up from new.

    Actually you should never restore. after autoloader.
