    We are experiancing an issue when phoning through to the UK Blackberry support number - 0808 100 7466

    The steps we are doing:
    UK Toll Free: 0808 100 7466
    We select option 2
    We then select option 1
    We then press 1 for existing ticket (We are chasing on issues)

    When talking to the BES support engineers the line quality is so bad that you are unable to make out what is been said (Appears to be a VOIP issue).

    We have had the issue for around 8 weeks. We have rasied a call with Blackberry. Has anyone else experianced this issue?

    I was on the phone with them a few hours on last Friday too, no issues. I was chasing them as well on an existing issue.
