Hello,

I'm trying to get Uber in my phone, but it says it isn't available for my device. Mine is a BlackBerry Z30 with the OS 10.2.1.3062 and I haven't upgraded it because when I did, my battery started to get unloaded very quickly and my phone was getting heated for any app that I would open and use, so I got it back to this OS.

But, in my BlackBerry Q10, in which I have the latest OS (the latest that has been released in my country, Colombia) and it is the 10.3.2.2836 and it still says the same thing in my phone, so I'm not quite sure if it's a deal of my OS or if it's that it haven't been released for my country.

You have two issues.....you need a 10. 3.2. Version on your z10 and you need Google services installed on both devices for a fully functional Uber. In order to do so you'll need to install Cobalts files. See the link below and read the FIRST page carefully ---best to read the thread on a PC.

You might be able to find an older Uber version apk on the net which will work without the Google Service files but I'll defer to anyone else who has some experience with that.
