My brand new BlackBerry Classic is having the same issues as my old Q10. It freezes up on certain txt messages... I tried to erase those threads thinking it would help, but the entire thread comes back when that person txts me again. Even had them erase my thread from their phone... and Most but not all of the thread re-appears. 1) why can't I erase a txt thread for good?
2) what's with the freezing on a brand new classic (just as it was also happening on my old Q10)?
