[CrackBerry Question]

Hi all

I love my Keyone. The only thing that drives me nuts is when im writing and the app closes and a pop up wants me to add a shortcut on a specific key. What can I do? Please help me. It just happend 4 time while writing this text! It maaaakes me crazy.

You can't shut them off, unless you want them totally gone. You just need to adjust your typing to not press on your keys for the amount of triggering time. I have never managed to accidentally trigger a shortcut while typing.

I can only imagine that you press the circle to often while writing. Adjust the placement of your fingers on the buttons a bit and you should be fine
