I connect my KeyOne to my Win10 laptop using the usb cable I got with the phone.

Windows says "USB device not recognized"

I select "Charge and data" on the phone.

I do not get the list of options that lets me select transfer data.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Although Windows should do it automatically, try installing the BlackBerry USB drivers - https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...93E4F3BB068C22

What does the error say? You're downloading to your Windows 10 laptop, yes?

I notice that there was a substantial o/s update to my phone as well. Don't know if that was a factor as well.
