I am moving to a Samsung s7 Edge after 15 years with my BB. Kind of sad... Now I need to transfer my contacts and other encrypted data but the Smart Switch will not recognize my BB ID. So I purchased Mobiletrans, did my back up and tried to transfer the contacts over. BUT, it is asking for a password. I never set up a password on my backups. Can anyone help??
