Any help? I tried downloading music to my q5 with BlackBerry link. It downloaded maybe 10 songs in 2hr. Tried to delete them all and start over with BlackBerry Blend. All the songs are gone, now the sub folders for artists are listed as "read only." Any help how to delete them, and start from scratch?

Make sure to update to latest BlackBerry desktop software for Link and Blend. That being noted I find it easier to copy paste directly from PC directory rather than using BBLINK.
Were you downloading to SD card or to device memory?
Regardless, can you access your music folder in file manager? Should be able to select files and delete from there.
Do a reboot after deletion for good measure too .

They're locked for read-only in the file manager too. Definitely directly copying to the SD card next time. Still no luck here, but thanks!

In settings...storage and access....Have you set USB access to Mass storage ON and tried to delete when connected to PC?

You can also try Ghost Commander app. Some have reported success with it on failed downloads.
