trying to buy an app...

after FINALLY figuring out my blackberry id credentials, then i was prompted "periodically you have to log in to paypal........."

fine. i open the browser and log in to paypal then try to buy the app again.....
"periodically you have to log in to paypal.........", "error 569013".

what gives??????!!!!!!!!!

You store your Credit Card / PayPal credentials in Settings > Payment Options

all i see under settings is "payment and billing", then under paypal, all there is is "change".
