    Have been unable to install apps from Blackberry World for past couple of days.

    Download is not an issue, as the apps say they download OK.

    But then install process fails.

    I get a message saying "error installing application" and a red line install bar.

    Am running

    It is not a carrier issue. I have unlimited data account.

    Any body got any ideas how fix issue?

    Have you tried resetting the device or reloading the software again?
    It might be that the install driver is broken or something.

    Looks like I'll be doing a wipe and reloading OS. Thanks for the swift reply.

    Do a hard reset before reloading the OS, it might not be necessary.

    Also try refreshing blackberry world and make sure the blackberry world app is up to date.

    Thanks for the tips.

    Just one question before I begin.

    I take it I remove SD and SIM cards prior to doing a hard reset to return my Q10 to factory settings?

    Stupid question, but just wanna make sure.
