I'm trying to transfer contacts and calendar onto my pc. I've managed this in the past when a previous laptop has Windows 7 installed but my new laptop has Windows 10 and many tasks cannot be accomplished with this.
The messsage I get is "the organiser applications on your computer aren't supported".
Is there a way of doing this as my BB 9000 isn't going to last long with probable screen failure (screen goes white then eventually goes normal).

There's a big age gap between your 9900 and the software on your laptop. I'm guessing you're trying to do the old sync with Outlook? The 2016 version of Outlook doesn't support this. The sync feature was a workaround for old POP email accounts, which are fading away. Now, even most ISP's offer at least IMAP email, if not Active Sync, or something equivalent to it. Without Active Sync support on your 9900, you’ll likely have to find an app to export your contacts and data.
