Transfer music from my Keyone to my SD card

I'm sending my phone for repair and I'm trying to backup my phone files. I need help on how to transfer the music in my phone to my SD card or computer. I've plugged my phone to my computer and can't seem to transfer the music. TIA

Check out Astro file manager. I've had good success with that in the past for moving files around.
