    How to do it? I have managed to transfer contact using contact export app and emailing it. But how can I transfer picture, music, documents, etc from z30 to HTC 10? I have tries using 'device switch', 'BlackBerry content transfer tool". Both of them crashes.

    you need to plug your Z30 into a computer and drag over the content you want to keep....photos, vids, documents. Then plug in your new phone and find it in my computer and through the file system...drag stuff to where you want it. BB device switch is for BB devices only. Don't you keep everything on an SD card? just pop that into the new phone. Oh unless it doesn't have a slot.....
