Transfer contacts from Q10 to Lenovo Vibe K5 Note

I want to transfer my contact 7500+ from q-10 to lenovo.

Pl advice how can i do,

Unless your Q10 contacts are sync on an email account, I cannot suggest anything than transferring them one-by-one to a email / Google account. Perhaps others out there can offer a better solution.
