    My Z30 has a serious problem. Cannot access it through computer (cannot connect with BBlink) and cannot access settings in the device (turns to black screen). I recenly purchased a Keyone. Can anyone enlighten me on how I can transfer my contact list from Z30 to the keyone please.
    Please also note that I cannot download any app on my mobile

    PC Connection - NO (have you tried BBSAK )
    Settings - NO (can't add an email account with cloud backup like Outlook.com email)
    Install new apps - NO (no backup or cloud storage apps?)

    Then no you can't get your contact list.
