I wish to transfer my contacts from my Z10 to 9720 - have tried switch device which only do it th other way. BB Link or Desktop will not support both devices. Anybody know how

Does BBOS sync contacts? I honestly don't remember.

I thought but didn't remember either. I'm glad you asked because turns out my 9900 was on a BES for the churches email through Century Link. I forgot all about that and you saved us $10/mo cuz I don't need that now.

I also use gsync which sends my outlook to gmail so I guess I didn't think about the BES connection I had.

Let me think, there has to be a way for OP to sync those contacts. If all else fails, they may have to use desktop manager.
