[CrackBerry Question]

Use to have an end call on my screen, it was red, no longer there.

Use to be able to answer and end calls from by touch screen, turned
off phone when I went on holidays, no longer there, I have to press end
call on the keypad.

When the phone would ring, I had an option to answer the call by sliding over
the key on the touch screen, how do I activate this feature again?

On my new Blackberry Classic, there was a red "End Call" bar on the touch screen. Now, it's gone. How can this be reactivated?

sometimes answer and ending call option is not show in touch, I need to use keypad on that time.
is there is any option to manage this?
Or it is an issue in this update?

Try a hard reset. Hold both volume keys down until you see the BlackBerry logo. Ignore the screen shot. It may take 20-30 seconds for the logo to appear. Then release the keys. The phone will then reboot.
