[CrackBerry Question]

My blackberry Z3 device top of the screen touch is not working and after some time, it is continuously tapping on the screen, how to resolve this problem...

There are two options, you can either try shutting down and restarting the phone or possibly doing a reload of the OS if those 2 options don't work your touch sensors are broken.

Try the first two options and see if they work. Otherwise take your Z3 into the store you purchased from and see if you can get it repaired.

You could could run BlackBerry virtual expert from BlackBerry World to test things out.

My Blackberry Z3's left side screen is not responding to any touch or any thing ... It has never fallen too.....
Tried Restarting, Software Restarting, not able to do factory reset because it is insensitive meet the keyboard to so can't the the word blackberry
Kindly help me with the same!
