    My Z3 seems to take a lot of time to open apps, also while receiving calls the screen goes black for a few seconds and when making calls the screen hangs for sometime. I've even tried resetting my phone. I'm running 10.3.1.1595 official.

    Doesn't Matter
    How much memory is available? How full is the storage? Do you have many apps running in the background? The delays in calling are an issue for a lot of people. One work around for that was to go into settings, accessibility... go into Screen reader BETA. turn off everything.
