Does it use Bluetooth? Is Bluetooth turned on? Or wifi?
If all else fails the app isn't supported on your device.

Thanks, it supports Bluetooth. Tried on iphone and the pairing was instantly smooth but unable to pair on passport.

If your issue is failure to load consider where you sourced your app from?
Try an install with SNAP or preferably Cobalt's Google play services workaround.
If it's a pairing issue, first on your TomTom reset the pairing mode...it may be hanging on to last connected device and not recognizing PP.
Go into bluetooth settings in PP and delete the tomTom device if its listed..long press for delete option.
Open Advanced settings and disable "connect to last device"
Ensure that "discoverable" is ON.
Restart the TOmTom pairing and restart the PP pairing.

Thank you.. the app was installed using Cobalt's Google play store. Indeed, I followed the steps mentioned; however no success. Not sure what the issue is though as the device could be easily paired on iphone but not on PP.
