I just got my Q10 today and i absolutely love it!! I can feel the productivity flowing through me haha. Anyway, I set it aside while doing some work on my computer and came back to find out it had automatically downloaded a couple tmboile apps. Now, this is strange for two reasons:

    1) My blackberry is unlocked so as far as I know it is not carrier dependent
2)They were not there before, this I am positive of because I had spent ten minutes deciding on the placement of my apps.

Anyone else experience this? If so, why?????

Yes it's normal. When you put in a carrier sim, upon boot it will search for and download carrier dependent update (usually just the myVerizon, myATT apps) and if you haven't set a wallpaper, it will set a carrier wallpaper.

Just put the apps in a "extra apps" folder. If you delete them, you might keep getting an OS update notification.

MyTmobile and wifi calling were that two that were downloaded. That in addition to a Tmobile splash screen when I turned it on for the first time.
