I held the up and down volume bottoms for 20secs not happens, still the same problem,third party apps are still not working..Its showing No internet connection when I try to access it

When you hold the up down buttons it will force a restart of the phone, press and hold both the up and down volume buttons until you see the blackberry logo and then let go. Your phone will take about one minute to restart and this might fix your problem.

I did but it only snaps screen shots and had to wait for the screen light to go out and I held the up and down volume bottoms for several seconds running into mins but nothing happens ..Any alternative?

I use a BlackBerry Z10 device, maybe your suggestion works on other BlackBerry 10 device but not the Z10

You hold them down at the same time and keep holding them down no matter what happens until u see the word blackberry on your screen and then you can let go

If its an STL100-1, then you have to hold the power button along with the Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding till it restarts and you reach the blue loading screen, with BB logo.

Just gone thru that now, I held the power button along with the ups and down volume bottoms and that restarted my device but after loading back, I discovered that the problem still persist..Third party apps are still not working,still showing no internet connection...Dunno what else to do am very tired and disappointed bcos all my third part apps were working good before the upgrade...It sucks!

What do you mean by third part apps? Is it android apps? If it's only for android apps, then try deleting and re-installing them. If it's native apps, your only option is to do a security wipe. And if that doesn't work, update using an autoloader.

I don't think it has anything to do with the service provider bcos other apps that comes with the phone and the ones I downloaded via app world works perfect,only the third party apps I got from 1mobile market don't work and my 1mobile market app does not either..its frustrating..Everything was working good till I upgraded to 10.3.1.2576 the update version has a problem..Have tried everything you guys suggested but on no avail but I can't wipe my phone..

You can try installing the android runtime files, see if that clears out some of the bad settings. Other than that, a wipe would need to be done.

Just update using an autoloader of the latest OS. It clears up any other issues, if you are having any. And don't do a restore after updating.
