    How did you do the upgrade? Did you restore your backup afterwards?

    I upgraded via software update in my BlackBerry Z10 and there was no need to restore backup bcos every other app was right there where they were...Only the third party apps refused to be functional rather it always shows internet connect needed or no internet connection and while my internet is running good
