i have read some information in the support section thats come in conclusion that my bb id get locked by server. its tell me that the only way to get my account back(to unlock) is to reset the password.
the problem is i cant do reset because my email wasn't confirmed yet
*note : i know my username (im using email as username) and i know the correct password

is there a way for me to get access to my account again?

To reset your BBID/ password, from a "computer" ( not your phone) follow this link:

You are required to use an email address as you user name. The password is required for security.

thanks for the reply, i have done that before but its give me notice "No question Password Recovery is set."

basically my problem is only that my account get locked and i dont know how to get it unlocked. i know my username and password.
