These are the instructions I googled, only to learn some site has been shut down and have been redirected here. I have already wiped my phone using BB Protect on my computer and want to track it using IMEI number. Below are the instructions I tried to folow

    "Then follow these steps:

Go to the official BlackBerry site and then log into the admin area.
Enter unername and password for your BlackBerry account.
Then type in your IMEI number and your BlackBerry PIN is lost.
Next press the search, the tracking process will be started.
After the above process, you will get information about:
History of your BlackBerry phone, whether it is original or stolen phone. This information is based on the time stamp."

What phone did you have, and what OS was it running?

BlackBerry Protect worked with BB10 devices, the above instructions might work with some BBOS devices if you had access to a BIS/BES webportal.

You said you used BB Protect, so I assume it was a BB10 phone. That about all you can do, report it as stolen and move on.

If location service on the lost phone was turn on, you may be able to see its location on Blackberry protect website, given that the phone is still in one piece, is powered on, is not put in a closed metal box, and mobile data service was enable at the time it got lost.
