hi all. i am very frustrated as i have read and re-read cobalt's link to no success. please do not refer to his official landing page, all the steps have been taken. the very last step to installing the ACTUAL patcher is the issue.

is there a more simplified approach or explanation to getting the google play services patcher to work?

upon downloading the ps patcher zip file, i cannot open with a macbook as all files are .exe for windows desktop. i just NEED to know how to get the patcher file to work as it cannot be opened via macbook.

PLS HELP

Install and login with 4.3.3.
Install and register with 2.8.
Install Play Services v10.
Update 4.4.4 over 4.3.3 (but don't open).
Install Play Store v6.
Install whitelist 1.0.0.6.

If an app requires Google Play Services:
Download app with Cobalt's Play Store (but don't install).
Whitelist unpatched app.
Patch app on PC with Play Services Patcher 1.6 using defaults settings.

Install patched app.

pretty much everything's good to go but the play services patcher 1.6

when you say "patch app on pc with..." I still can't open the play services patcher file as it is a .exe file. this file type cannot be opened with a macbook. what's the work around if any *fingers crossed*

It's a PC app. No alternatives for Mac.

Parallels or bootcamp with a installation of windows on your mac!!
