I am happy with my new Keyone, but I have one problem: sometimes I get a call but there are several apps open and I cannot close them fast enough to get to the phone app and loose the call. Is there a trick how to answer a call manually?

On my KEYone, if I am in an app and a call comes in, a notification slides down from the top of the screen and gives me the option to either accept or reject the call. I think it also gives the option to text a response (going from memory.)

It depends, but on what I'm at a loss. Sometimes the full screen with the call details comes up. Sometimes it's a notification from the top, and sometimes I have to go to the phone app when I hear it. Instead of closing all the apps, hit Home and have your Phone icon on your home screen.

should always come to the top of the screen and no need to close any apps. always shows at the top of my screen if I have another app open.
