What error message?

You may have to temporarily enable SMB v1 on your Windows box while you connect to Link. But turn it right back off after you're done.

Hi conite, sorry but what is meant by SMB v1 ? I use a KEY2 but still have a PP, Z-10 and Z-30 close by for back-up phones and experimenting.

It's an old, unsafe protocol required by legacy apps like Link.

Do a Google search on "how to enable SMB v1 on Windows 10".

Uninstall everything BlackBerry from you PC...

Reinstall

Disable all security scanners

Uninstall and reinstall again.


It's hit and miss... sometimes it will work, and sometimes it won't.
