Is there any way to tell by the Q10 phone itself, if the phone has been backed up?

A phone repair place insisted on my password to change the screen in the phone. I removed the SD and the SIM, but still lots of emails, text etc.

Hence my question; any way to tell if my data was downloaded by looking at the phone?

Seems like it would be a good security feature on a phone to have a feature that indicated the dates and times of past backups right on the phone, but if its there, I can't find it.

    Thanks.
