    This only happens with one specific contact. I have to go to Compose text to see if he has messaged me. Notifications do not come through and the entire chat plus history is not found in my BB Hub. I'm stumped. I've deleted and added this contact and unlinked the email profile, restarted the device. Nothing. The chat history remains but only when I go to 'Compose' text. So weird and annoying. Help please??

    What device and OS are you using? I have the same issue on my Classic running 10.3.2.2876.

    If you're on Android there is a Notification bug that may have been fixed recently. Maybe update hasn't reached you yet.
