I don't think so. I think there are 3rd party apps that may work with BT sticks, but you have to do some research on this.

To be honest a BlackBerry is not meant for taking selfies lol
As a comment above me has said, just have a look on BlackBerry World or the Amazon App store for some "Selfie Stick" Apps that would work.
