    I bought a Blackberry Passport (red) after Christmas 2014. Now the screen is flickering, then goes black. When I swipe up the screen comes back but it can take several attempts before the screen settles to use the apps. It started with the contact app but now happens in the weather and bbm app. What can I do about this.

    This is a bug introduced by the latest software 10.3.1 BUT I fix is in the works. It goes away if you restart your device. I had it happen 1 time, rebooted my device and it has never happened again!
