I've tried GameCIH, but it says i am not a root user.

Is there a cheat-o-matic type app (Native or Android) that will work on the Z10.

I don't know what that is, but guess you would just have to search Google play and see if there is one that would work.
Well, basically how cheat-o-matic works is: you search for a value in the app/game, then it will ask you to change the value inside the App/game and search again (repeat a few times) then cheat-o-matic will tell you that it found the value and that you can now change that value to anything of your choice
