Is there an app backups system settings only?

I mean, without using BlackBerry Link, I used to upgrade my Passport via autoloader, and never restore anything, so I used to setting up the system by manually.

I wonder if there is an app from BBW have this feature? Just <backup settings>.

It would be more easy for those people like me, simply use an app to restore system settings, without BlackBerry Link.
