I bought a used blackberry Q5 for my father. After 1 month of use I noticed that Photos, videos and some other icons were missing and also i could no apply wallpapers.I searched the forums and found that it was because of developer software. I updated it to 10.3.2 2876 and it stuck on Anti-theft protection. After hours of continuous struggle i finally managed to get my device back on 10.3.1 997 dev OS.Is there any way i can update it to original OS so i can get all my icons back.I also can't return the device as it's been more than a month and it came without warranty.
    Thanks in advance.

No, except in the unlikely event you can extract the BBID username and password from the seller. The reason all of these shady devices have the developer OS on them (as it was when you bought it) is because that's the only usable software without having the means to disable anti-theft, such that whoever "found" the device can sell it off.
