    tried looking for apps to help with this but couldn't find any. my eyes are extremely sensitive. Andriod apps would not would for this as the setting would only change in app. I'm running 10.2 btw. perhaps put the phone in to greyscale?

    No other method to do it.

    In 10.3.1, there is an option for colder/warmer hue and that's it
