With 10.3.1 you can "Blend" the device on plain screen! Okay, not the Apps, but HUB, Calendar, Remember, BBM
BlackBerry|Q10, SQN100-3, OS 10.2.1.2941; BlackBerry|Passport, SQW100-1, OS 10.3.0.675
I didn't think Blackberry made Blend for Windows RT?
Isn't surface a full fledged windows or just metro? If it Is think you can run the simulator if you want to try some features..
